Currrently, MessageBroker depends on MessageBox. Ideally, MessageBroker should
be deployed as a standalone service.
Moreover, there is no client package for others to use. For example, if you
want to connect to MessageBox, you need to include the whole MessageBroker
(contains Axis2 service and other stuff) jar file into your library.
So, common dependencies between MessageBroker and MessageBox should be created
as another modules as well as client-api.
