When creating/updating a Service Description the WSDL for that service should
be autogenerated & saved to the registry

When saving the a service description to the registry through XBaya-GUI
currently it does not save the wsdl file corresponding to that service
description. Rather than requesting a wsdl from the user the XBaya-gui should
automatically generate a WSDL based on the data specified in the service
description. The operation which accepts & return the parameters specified for
the service description should be named as "invoke(...)".
