forget AIRAVATA-123-GUI-2.patch. apply AIRAVATA-123-GUI-3.patch instead. Other
than the fixes that was in AIRAVATA-123-GUI-2.patch, fixed the new row adding
issue on table + combo box arrow issue + setup default button to
"Save"/"Update" buttons in the dialogs
