* Remove auto addition of new workflow tab when starting XBaya
* "Save" command should save the workflow to the previously given file (i.e. do
not ask for the file again if the file was given when previously saved or the
workflow was opened from the file system)
* Fix "Save all" functionality
* Workflow tab name should update with "*" if the workflow has changed from its
original state of saved.
* Workflow properties should be prompted when you create new workflow tab (not
when saving it)
