Hi Folks, I nominated Saminda Wijeratne for Airavata committership and PPMC membership some time back based on his contributions[1] to the project. The Airavata PPMC and the IPMC voted in Saminda Wijeratne to become a committer and a PPMC member. We are pleased to announce that he has accepted our offer.
Being a committer enables easier contribution to the project since there is no need to go via the patch submission process. This should enable better productivity.
