Currently if you invoked a gfac service the notification message's description
setting in to XmlElement.toString value which doesn't make sense for users. We
need to show the proper values in the description, so that in XBaya UI the
Message column will show a meaning full message content to the user.
This works fine when you invoke a normal web service.
