Yep. I tried skipTests.

I just didn't understand why the compilation is trying to connect at
169.254.127.11:49403.

http://169.254.127.11:49403/axis2/services/ConsumerService/]
java.net.ConnectException: Host is down

It tries to connect at that host 3 times, and doesn't go through on the
compilation.
