Hi All,

I created the Airavata documentation content in the wiki. This is just an
initial look how the documentation for the next release will look like. I
will add more tutorials to the documentation section as we go along. I
would appreciate feedback/suggestions regarding [1].

BTW I have not added the images for the tutorials for now. I will be adding
them later.
