Sorry I didn't notice the patch much earlier. I created a new module to
incorparate the new AiravataRegistry API JPA implementation @ [1]. Can you
please resubmit the patch for that module? Code that goes in to [2] will become
obsolete once we have the jpa implementation of the AiravataRegistry. (The [2]
was created to provide a jpa provenance registry for the existing jackrabbit
registry). Again, sorry for all the rework involved.
