Portland Air Toxics Solutions Advisory Committee to Meet Oct. 27 in
Portland 
  

What:DEQ will host the fifth meeting of the Portland Air Toxics
Solutions Advisory Committee. The committee will recommend strategies
for a 10-year plan to reduce toxic pollutants in the air we breathe. The
plan may consist of regulatory and voluntary measures to reduce the air
toxics causing the most health risk in the Portland region including
portions of Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties.    
  
            At this meeting, the committee will learn more about and
discuss data quality, the format of their final report, and the next
steps of data analysis. 
  
When:8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 27 
  
Where: Conference Room 2500A, 2nd floor, City of Portland 1900
