From: Stella Tegg <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Hello Jay, I am doing a Masters Course in Image Interpretation at present, I do it distance Education through Charles Sturt University, in Wagga Wagga. New South Wales. I am finding the course interesting and very useful in my day to day work in my department. We do not in New South Wales get any more pay for having done such a course, unless one used this study to apply for a job at a higher level. I am unsure of the situation in other states, no doubt someone who is au fait with this info. will answer your email. What strands of study are you offered in your Master's courses, we have a few options, image interpretation was the one which suited me best.I recently went on line to find some image interpretation sites and found there are many courses being offered in the U.S.A and U.K. Last semester, I studied the extremities and clinical judgement and decision making. This semester I will do axial skeleton and Soft tissue image interpretation. Last semester I had an exam and assignments for one subject and assignments for the other. I prefer assignments, I am one of those people who goes blank in exams.I live in a beautiful part of Australia, halfway(approx.) between Sydney and Brisbane on the coast. We have a very mild climate with few extremes of heat or cold. It is winter here at present and this morning the temp. was 12degrees at 0730. Our youngest son has recently gone to live in Canberra, the Capital of Australia, the forecast maximum temp. there today is 8degrees. What is Lousiana like, I have only briefly visited San Francisco (we loved the redwood forests)and L.A. last year on the way home from a wedding in Ireland, we loved what we saw of America. Regards Stella Tegg. B.App.Sc.Med.Imaging.
