The firmwares and utils should be on cisco web site.
Also note that you need driver from https://gna.org/projects/airo-wpa/ to support wpa. Some people report success with last svn version on MPI350. Matthieu PS : you should try to use firmware version 5.41, IRRC that the most stable firmware.
