The following skills are required: Business or System Analysis regarding an IVR implementation Call Center knowledge and experience Nuance or any other Voice Recognition IVR platform, Visio Experience in Aspect ACD/CTI will be an added advantage Requirements: "Level 4 - IVR Implentation Engineer/Analys - Design implementation plan. Test plan creation and execution in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Team. Project support and oversight Creation of needed documentation and Vision diagrams, etc. Vendor management.
