Position: People soft BA *Location: Maumee, Iowa* *Duration: 6 Months* Rate : Open Duties and Responsibilities Perform Fit gap analysis, requirement gathering, application development and maintenance for PeopleSoft applications for IT support. The analyst should be proficient in all phases of systems development and full life cycle implementation including requirements definition, data conversions, data mapping, system implementation, system testing, and acceptance testing. *Specific Duties / Activities*: - Demonstrate strong capability in analysis, design, configuration, customization, upgrade, development, implementation, and production support of PeopleSoft applications. - Analyze and resolve problems in all phases of the development life cycle. - Develop unit test plans and perform all phases of testing including system testing and user acceptance testing. - Communicate effectively with systems and client contacts. - Complete necessary documentation throughout project life cycle to production deployment. - Pro-active causal analysis targeted at reduction of support requirements and costs. Functional Skills: - PeopleSoft HCM 8.9, - Core HR - NA Payroll - Base Benefits, Ben Admin (Health Benefits, Pension Benefits, Cobra, 401k plan administration), Compensation, Open Enrollment. - MSS & ESS - Time & Labor good to have - Recruiting module experience is good to have. Dana currently uses PeopleClick for recruiting solutions.
