General Position:
• Lead projects, initially the Sourcing data warehouse project, create
models (statements of work) and develop solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement throughout Sourcing and across CRDM.
• Evaluate, create and drive standard tool adoption and continuously
improve, leverage existing processes.
• Reduce non-value added activities and enable sourcing team.
Skillset preferred:
• General knowledge of Business Intelligence, Decision Support & Reporting,
experience with Business Objects, Data Warehouses & ERP systems.
• Sourcing knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills and an
ability to understand requirements and develop solutions. Solid project
management, training,influence, analytical and lean sigma skills.
