Role: Solutions Architect Location: Chicago, IL Length: 2 months Interview: Phone Skills: 1. Solution Architecture/ design experience. 2. SOA Integration experience. 3. Knowledge of content/assessment standards like QTI, SCORM etc. 4. Solution Estimation experience using various models, use cases. 5. Academic Publishing Industry preferred, but not required. 6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with client IT Team and VP Level client to define and document the high-level architectures/solutions. 7. Technology roadmap and implementation planning Role: 1) Evaluate and develop Technical understanding of the Enterprise Learning solution that client expects to build. 2) Investigate and understand existing client platforms and determine ability to leverage - design/code/UI/Framework etc. 3) Suggest options for selected technology like Communication/Collaboration, whiteboard etc that are also part of the solution needs. 4) Evaluate and document integration with external systems like SIS and Gradebook; potentially other learning tools. 5) Knowledge of content/assessment standards like QTI, SCORM etc. 6) Develop high level technology roadmap taking into consideration build and migration of existing applications to the new solution Prasad Ling Technologies, Inc.
