Client is looking for *VInfo Security Architect & Governance Consultant - PA
*. This is a *6 month’s* Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.
*Note that local candidate definitely preferred, but option of candidate to
be located in CT and travel once a month to PA*
The Consultant assigned will provide the Services to Client described
below. On-site work shall be required. Each week, the Consultant will meet
with the Client Coordinator to discuss the tasks for the week, set
priorities, and determine timelines. Local resources preferred.
*The Consultant’s primary responsibilities will be to:*
-Assist client providing information security architecture and project
governance and advisory services:
-Provide SDLC Project Governance for Information Security Architecture
reviews.
-Provide overall information risk management governance guidance.
-Conduct enterprise architecture blueprint reviews (could include business,
information, and technology architecture blueprint reviews, etc).
-Assist in providing enterprise information security architecture input into
business blueprints and other enterprise architecture blueprints as needed.
*Utilize other skills required:*
-Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
-Expert in ISO27001 and ISO 27002, NIST SP800-53, HIPAA (and HITECH), and
Healthcare insurance industry
-Experience with privacy laws, and State Data Breach notification laws
-Experience with HITSP, HITRUST and Archer a plus
-Must have formal enterprise architecture blueprint review experience
-Must have broad background in Network Security Engineering and Identity and
Access Management including provisioning and de-provisioning
-Must have experience with IT Risk compliance
-Must have conducted information security governance reviews and IT risk
assessments in the past
-Strong project management and communication skills and able to work
independently
-Document all requirements according to Client standards.
-Meet individual project deadlines and milestones according to project dates
and timelines.
-Provide the Client Coordinator a written status and discuss in person on a
weekly basis.
