Client is looking for a *Java Developer with FRY experience– Southern CALIFORNIA*. This is a 6 months contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. *DESCRIPTION:* * * · We need STRONG java Developer with FRY exp, Fry is used in all e-commerce websites · Seeking a strong Java Developer with strong skills in Java, J2EE and SOA architecture. The selected resource will have strong experience in programming Java code and working with Open Source technology. Experience working on ecommerce,, retail applications and Fry technology is highly desirable. Fry.com is a common web hosting platform/environment used in the retail e-commerce industry. Users of Fry have included: Eddie Bauer, Levi's, Godiva, Charlotte Russe, LAZBoy, Luggage online, NapaStyle and Lumber Liquidators to name a few. · The candidate should have excellent J2EE skills and has worked in web services environment. They should also be able to work independently and develop end to end solutions. The developer would be working with a business analyst and will have support of three other developers but he has to drive and craft the solution. The system is a content management system by Fry. I think if we have a Java developer that has worked in this system it would be a slam dunk. Other skills are JBoss, Tomcat and should have solid backend skills as well.
