Client is looking for *Oracle eBusiness Suite Business systems Analyst with
Siebel CRM experience - **Palo Alto, CA.* This is a *4 Months* Contract
position. The Hourly rate is DOE.

*Role Description *
The position of M&A GSS Systems Analyst is responsible for helping drive the
integration of target companies into the customer support and renewals
business processes. The role reports in to the IT Applications M&A Director
and will also work closely with the GSS IT team and technical delivery teams
to ensure successful integration of newly acquired companies into Vmware
environment. This person would also work with the M&A Director to improve
VMware’s M&A integration methodology by helping creating templates that can
be used for Due Diligence, Integration planning and execution.
*Major Responsibilities *
*1. Business Analysis. *
· Develop a framework for the GSS business area including the key
business process tracks (call center, maintenance contract renewals & master
data management) that will support the integration of acquired companies
into the current business applications footprint.
· Partner with the GSS organization (for renewals and customer
support) during integration planning to understand processes/systems used by
acquired company and devise solutions to integrate these companies, based on
overall acquisition objectives and GSS strategy for the acquisition.
· Document integration scope, and approach in defined templates
· Assist business in creation of requirements documents for
functionality and/or data mapping/loading required to support the
integration.
*2. Integration Readiness Planning and Execution. *
· Translate integration requirements into detailed execution
workplans by working with the service delivery, QA, and deployment team.
Manage the work and keep plans updated accordingly.
· Provide status to IT PM, M&A Director, and GSS on progress against
the plan.
· Actively manage execution risks and alert PM/M&A Director of
ciritcal risks/issues impacting delivery
*Minimum Qualifications*
· BS in business, computer science or math required
· Competency in the area of Oracle eBusiness Suite including Service
Contracts and Installed Base modules and Siebel CRM.
· 5-7 years experience in Information Technology Management as a
Business systems Analyst.
· Strong subject matter expertise and experience supporting and
partnering with global service organizations.
· Excellent communications and negotiations skills.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with
customers and is dedicated to meeting customer expectations and
requirements.
· Ability to effectively cope with change and to comfortably shift
gears and handle risk and uncertainty.
· Ability to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support)
to get things done, to use resources effectively and efficiently, and to
orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.
*Most important skill and must:*
· Oracle eBusiness Suite including Service Contracts and Installed
Base modules and Siebel CRM.
· Oracle EBS, Service Contract, renewal, Install base should be in
the search criteria and in the resume
