Client is looking for *4 Sr. BSA* resources right away. *Three are for the Claims Healthcare Insurance role* and one is for Benefits Project .This is a 6+ month’s contract which may go long. This is for *MN.* * * *Sr. BSA Role Description* *Experience:* - min. 7 years BSA experience (PM, System Analyst or Developer experience does not count) - Healthcare experience required *Technical Skills:* - RUP methodology experience (negotiable if experienced enough) - Translation of business requirements into detail requirements artifacts - Document requirement artifacts that are focused on the business (e.g. business requirements, rules, processes, use cases, modeling, etc.) and the technology/solution (e.g. lower level use cases, system interfaces, data mapping, file transfers, etc.) - Ability to document requirements in a variety of artifact types – not just use case experience – integration specifications, file transfer specifications, page specifications, etc. - ReqPro experience a plus - Experience with facilitation of large group JAD sessions (avg 10 people) - Ability to estimate requirement tasks - Adhere to BCBSMN standards, processes and methodologies *Additional Skills:* - Conflict resolution - Negotiation - Active listening - Assertive personality and a 'do what it takes' attitude to meet goals and deadlines - Ability to handle sensitive situations with other individuals - Relationship building and management skills - Self starter who needs little direction to accomplish tasks - Effective communication (verbal and written) – clear, concise, at right level of detail for audience, etc. - Flexible work style and easily adapts to changes *Specifics* True BSA vs. BA experience, strong claims experience, transactions (835 and 837), Blue Plan experience helpful, Nasco experience helpful but not required. From a soft skills standpoint…have relatively thick skin, assertive but not aggressive with strong diplomatic skills.
