Hi,

My client is looking for multiple *Java Developers *for their offices
in*Pittsburgh, PA
*. This is a *6 months contract* or *longer*. The hourly rate is *DOE*.
Start date is ASAP, and the client will hire off the phone.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Developer must be a Core Java, J2EE, JDK Developer with strong
WebSphere experience, with a minimum of 2+ years experience. Must have good
understanding of object-orientation, core design patterns, multi-threading,
data structures.

2. Inversion of Control (IOC) - preferably the Spring framework, but it
would be great if someone has experience with a similar framework. They
should understand how it works at a minimum, but it would be great if they
understood its purpose. The more recent and extensive the experience, the
better.

3. JPA/Object Relation Model (ORM) - preferably Hibernate or EclipseLink
(also known as TopLink). Hopefully, the candidate has used this in
conjunction with Spring.

4. Someone that has recent experience implementing new applications
rather than maintaining existing applications.

5. Maven

6. OSGi - this is new technology and a nice to have. If someone
actually has experience working with (as opposed to around) OSGi, I would be
willing to assume they are qualified.

7. Must have excellent communication skills.
