Ø  Prior experience in Architecting Enterprise web applications using J2EE .

Ø  Overall experience above 8 years .

Ø  Awareness of the end to end solution architecture across all the tiers
(presentation, business  logic, persistence and integration) .

Ø  More than 1 year of architecting experience.

Ø  Has produced architecture documents and made few architecture decisions .

Ø  Expertise in UML diagrams .

Ø  Ability to get into details at code level (hands on) .

Ø  Web sphere, RSA/RAD .

Ø  Expertise in handling Non Functional requirements (NFRs) .

Ø  Performs code review and provides technical guidance to the development
team.
