Location: Major League Baseball NY, NY Duration: 3-6 months * MAJOR PURPOSE: * Provide software development, administration and support services for enterprise applications. * RESPONSIBILITIES:* Work with MLB users to gather, refine, and document system requirements to enhance or modify base Oracle EnterpriseOne functionality. Code, test, document and deliver requested program changes to new or existing enterprise applications. Produce technical documentation (i.e. requirements, design documents, turnover documentation, test plans) for requested program changes Work with vendors to assure adherence to MLB development/process standards and to assist with issue resolution, testing, and customer care Work within established software development standards and configuration management procedures and processes Train and mentor software development staff members as needed Provide Functional Support for enterprise applications as needed. Including but not limited to: Oracle EnterpriseOne 9.0 Concur Travel and Expense Ultimate Time and Attendace Ultimate Payroll Tymetrix 360* * Rightslogic Rights Management* Release Upgrades of Oracle EnterpriseOne Instances (ESUs and ASUs) Work with MLB IT staff and end-users to troubleshoot application issues Implement and maintain security schemas as needed Support the Optio Print software infrastructure
