Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration:  12 +month

*Required Skills:*
Business Analyst or Business Process Re-engineering Analyst to support
gathering functional requirements, designing functional solution for OBIEE
enhancements, &
performing functional test of the OBIEE enhancements in Oracle eBusiness
applications. The consultant will support the Financial Reconciliation of
the Oracle
Experience developing complex queries and querying Oracle databases (10g and
later) is a must (SAS, SQL)
Experience and deep understanding of STM's, data attribute requirements,
design documentation;  ability to use these documents as a basis for testing
documentation (master test plan, test strategy, test cases etc)
Experience with Risk Management in a financial services organization -
Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Basel etc. is a plus
Experience setting up proper QA processes; ability to influence the team to
follow new processes; follow the project to completion
Experience in resolving complex data related issues
Strong analytical skills required to organize, analyze and/or validate
multiple complex data sets
Great communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of
various background
Organizational and problem solving skills
Self-starter and self-motivator
Finance/banking experience is highly desirable
Mercury Quality Center experience is a plus
Experience in large, geographically diverse, matrix-structured technology
organizations
