Need for our client to be based at TN, Immediate interview (working with Implementation Partner) Send me suitable profiles ASAP with rates and contact details Location:- Collierville TN Rate:- Open - DOE Duration - 3-6 months to be extended Urgent need for a Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) resource Please note this resource will be based at Collierville, TN, . Help HP SA complete setup of Cisco UCCE & CVP application servers (complete OS setup, join domain, complete MS SQL Server DB setup, etc.), including any physical work required onsite (other than server HW-related work) . Help HP SA complete setup & configuration of Cisco UCCE & CVP SW on production servers . Help with the testing of the application during development in both the lab and production environments, e.g., make test calls through application and using Cisco IP phones, troubleshoot and work with HP SA to resolve technical issues . Assist HP SA & TC and FedEx Team in testing the application for acceptance (prior to production cutover) . Assist HP & FedEx Teams with production cutover activities (usually onsite on weekends) . Help monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with UCCE & CVP applications post-production (until transition to HP ES Support) . Help update application configurations documentation post-Go Live (as-built). For technical skills, I expect this resource to have knowledge of the following: . MS-Windows based HP Servers (MS Server 2003 or 2008 OS) . MS SQL Server 2005 . Cisco UCCE 7.5 or 8.x. CVP 7 or 8 is a plus, but not essential, I would think .
