Excellent process and documentation skills. Ability to formulate strategy and approach. . Hands-on experience testing different layers like front end, middleware, back end and understanding about how each component fits in an application architecture . Some hands-on automation experience is a must (not just knowledge of the tool but must have written automation code) . Experience working in an Agile environment is a must . Any payments system testing experience would be beneficial . Any experience testing MQ messages will be a plus .
