This is a 6 month+ project in Providence, RI and candidates will need to be able to come for an onsite interview if required after the initial phone screen(s).
*Role : OBIEE Architect Location : Providence, RI Duration : 6 months+ Rate : $62/hr C2C* Technical Knowledge: " Expert knowledge of Oracle BI server metadata design and development. Be able to build the Physical, Business Model and Mapping, and the Presentation Layers " Expert knowledge of Oracle BI server and Oracle BI Presentation server security and administration. " Expert knowledge of Oracle BI Answers, Oracle BI Interactive Dashboard, Oracle BI Publisher and OBIEE Performance tuning of the BI applications " Experience with Oracle BI Server support " Experience with Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, DB2 UDB and DB2 Mainframe. " Experience with data warehouse and relational data modeling design " Excellent SQL skills and demonstrated ability to write complex SQL for purposes of analyzing data and/or evaluating how information needs might be translated into back end database structures. " Ability to write clear documentation of procedures, and ability to write specifications for data models to be developed. " Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow clear methodologies for troubleshooting and development. " Ability to support and work within standard software development life cycle practices. Qualifications: " A minimum of 7 years experience providing Business Intelligence architecture/administration/development in a Fortune 500 company. " 5+ years of experience with BI Architecture, Dimensional Modeling & Data Warehousing " 3+ years of experience with OBIEE 10.x (Siebel Analytics 7.x) " Additional 3-5 years working in another role within a data warehouse team, such as business/data analyst, quality assurance analyst, or ETL developer. " Experience with Teradata database is a BIG plus " B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or Electrical Engineering or a related quantitative discipline. " Graduate degree in Business, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline is a BIG plus.
