Job Description - Production Support Coordinator/Liaison
The Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) has a vacancy for NYCAPS
Production Support Coordinator/Liaison to support ongoing production
maintenance and phased rollout implementation of the HR and Benefits
functions of PeopleSoft HRMS for the New York City Automated Personnel
System (NYCAPS). Under the direction of the Development Lead, the PeopleSoft
Coordinator has the primary responsibility of assisting the Development Lead
and Project Manager with execution of ongoing issues resolution process in
Production NYCAPS environment. Other responsibilities include Building and
Maintaining Production Support Processes and Procedures, Building tools and
Maintaining quality of issue tracking data, coordinate logistics of issue
resolution effort among multiple teams involved in the process. This
position will work closely with the Project Manager, Functional Design Lead,
Business Analysts, Test Lead and key business partners involved in design,
develop, unit test and implement product initiatives to support production.
This person will work with various teams, but will need to have the ability
to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
