Note:- Prefer local candidates.
Purpose:-
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices
with IBM Tivoli Decision Support Software for z/OS.
* Potential candidate will be required to pass an oral and written interview
as related to the mandatory and desired skills.
* Background check will be performed.
* Experience in a IBM Mainframe Environment
* Experience with CICS
* Experience with Tivoli Decision Support for z/OS
* Experience with Tivoli products


Position 2:-
Position:- Oracle Project Manager
Location:- Columbia, SC
Duration:- 8 Months +
Skills:-
* Extensive experience managing successful, large-scale information
technology projects
* Extensive experience managing Oracle projects
* Experience managing large system development efforts including all aspects
of the software development lifecycle, hardware and software integration,
testing and
   deployment
* Technical proficiency in application software development
* Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Experience with Six Sigma knowledge, experience
* Experience with Government, or Public Safety clients
* Extensive experience with contract management
* Prior experience managing contractors and contract staff
* Extensive experience with user acceptance testing methodologies and
documentation
* Extensive experience using Microsoft Project
* Experience demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain detailed
project plans (scope, project management processes, and work breakdown
structures)
* Extensive experience with meeting facilitation and documentation
* Extensive demonstrated knowledge of risk and quality management processes
* Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports
and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or
Steering
   Committee
* Proven ability to lead the project team and effectively conduct the
project to meet project objectives
* Experience in building cross-functional relationships and managing team
members from a functional organization structure
* Experience in delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the
correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements)
within the approved budget
   and other specified criteria
* Proven knowledge of PMBOK project management concepts and their
application to management of large IT projects
* Experience demonstrated understanding of critical path calculations, along
with demonstrated experience using earned value analysis
* Experience working in multi-client and multi-vendor environment
* Strong demonstrated experience in administratively closing out projects
* Experience in taking over already planned projects that are in the
execution and control phase


Position 3:-
Position:- SAP HR Lead Consultant
Location:- Columbia, SC
Duration:- 12 months with a possible 6 month extension. (September 2, 2008
is the projected start date.)
Job Type:- On-site 40 hours a week
Interview Process:- Face to Face required after initial phone interview
Job Description:-
* The SAP HR Consultant will provide functional and technical consulting
services related to the design, development, testing and on-going
maintenance of SAP
   software, which is currently being implementing across South Carolina
State government.
* The major components of SAP included are finance, budgeting, materials
management, human resources and payroll modules.
* The SAP Functional Consultant selected must have an in-depth knowledge of
the SAP Human Resources and Payroll functionality for public sector
organizations.
* The SAP functional consultant must be able to design and configure this
HR/Payroll functionality, while ensuring integration with other modules such
as Finance
   and Material Management, and must have experience with unit testing,
business process procedure development, integration testing, etc.
* The SAP Functional Consultant must have prior SAP implementation
experience within State Government.

Skills Required:-
· A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle
SAP R/3 implementation and 5+ years of industry and/or public sector
consulting experience.
· At least 5+ years of experience implementing SAP Human Resources OM/PA
modules
· Team Lead for Core SAP HR modules
· Assist in analyzing As-Is business processes
· Conduct and demonstrate leadership in Business Blueprint Workshops
· Develop To-Be Process Flows
· Document future State HR/Payroll Design in Blueprint documentation
· Knowledge transfer to State HR/Payroll Project Team Members
· Escalate issues to Project Management in a timely manner
· Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions
for clients as a Team Lead
· A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems
requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support
procedures, and
   implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
· Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on
opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
· Strong Project Management, Configuration and Design skills.



1).PeopleSoft Project Costing Functional Expert

2) PeopleSoft "Program Management" Functional Expert  (This is a module in
PeopleSoft and not many people have implemented it.)
Length:  4 months
Location: NE
Start Date:  Sept 11 or Sept 15th



3)  PeopleSoft Technical Developer and report writer.  Prior experience with
interfaces and conversations.  Prior experience with Primavera a huge +.
PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR's.
Length: 4 months
Location: NE
