Please let me know, if you have any suitable consultants for this below urgent requirement Siebel Developer Schaumburg, IL 6+ months Start: ASAP Siebel Developer Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related. · 8 years IT experience. · Experience with formal software implementation and support methodologies. · Strong working knowledge of Siebel 7.5 or greater. Siebel certified preferred · Minimum 5 years experience with Siebel architecture, infrastructure, administration, Siebel Tools development (configuration, customization), Siebel's data model and technologies (Workflow, Assignment Manager, and EAI) · Participation and successful delivery of assigned tasks in at least 2 full life cycle Siebel implementations. · Experience with implementing complex solutions involved Web Services, XML, Active Directory, and data migration/conversion. · Experience with large-scale implementations involving large, complex infrastructure, including multiple tiers, multiple servers, load balancing, and clustering. · Knowledge of database administration, preferably DB2. · Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communicator, both written and oral and interpersonal skills. · Practical, hands-on personality. · Proven ability to define system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation. · Must be a results-oriented motivator with a "can-do" attitude and strong leadership abilities, organizational skills and flexibility to manage various priorities. · Ability to coordinate multiple assignments/projects simultaneously. · Responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines.
