Project Name: SharePoint Support & Training
Project Description:
(What project will the contractor be working on?)
Description: Supports SharePoint users including: acquiring a website, training
- initial & ongoing, "how to" support and consulting as needed
Milestones: Provides ongoing training and support on an "as needed" basis.
Job Description:
(What will the contractor do on that project?)
1. Responds to SharePoint Support Requests (Emails, phone calls)
2. Conducts scheduled and unscheduled online training sessions
3. Develops training presentations for current & prospective users
Candidates submitted must have 2 - 3 years of true hands on experience in
SharePoint.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to take
knowledge and relay it to the customer in several different capacities as a
trainer, developer, supporter or consultant.
Candidates who have hands on experience with CSS and XSLT are a plus.
Previous assignment as a Trainer is a plus.
Please do not submit Web Developers of candidates with only back end support
(server farms, etc).
IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FRONT END EXPERIENCE. HAVE EXPERIENCE AS SHAREPOINT
USER TRAINERS AND SHAREPOINT END USER SUPPORT.
IDEAL CANDIATE HAS A SOLID TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF SHAREPOINT PLUS THE ABILITY
TO WORK WITH END USERS WHO ARE NOT TECHNICAL PEOPLE.
