'System Security Analyst: 5+yrs in IT support role; Knowledge of one or more technology (e.g.Outlook, Webmail,Iron Port, General Mail Routing ); MS Excel; Report Generation Experience; Experience reviewing, evaluating, reporting system logs. System Security Analyst provides system log review support through accessing system logs, evaluating those logs for specific activity, recording findings, reporting incidents, and providing ongoing customer support. The System Security Analyst will be assigned responsibilities that may include monitoring applications and systems for activities. Responsibilities: . manage PWG's Outlook mailbox - check quarantine queue - identify application that sending out unencrypted NPI e-mail - identify the application owner - contact the application owner (communicate the NPI policy) - instruct them how to set 'Encryption On Demand' for systems - review reports from IronPort - answer user's 'WHY' questions Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: . 5-8 years experience in IT analysis . Experience with Remedy . Technical experience developing diagrams, presentations and plans with MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project . Strong communication skills and ability to develop strong Excellent relationships with peers, internal customers and IT counterparts organizational and communication skills (verbal and written), detail oriented, ability to write concise reports for technical and business audiences Desired Skills: .
