Project Name: Device Management support - SAP Upgrade Project Project Background: A public electric utility in south-central Connecticut, is currently upgrading their SAP CCS4.6C and SAP CRM 3.1 system to SAP ECC Industry Extension for Utilities, Waste & Recycling 6.0 (ECC 6.0) and SAP CRM 6.0. The project will begin Realization planning in early September 2008. Knowledge & Experience Requirement: · Minimum 3 years experience implementing the IS-U/CCS Device Management (DM) module. · Overall knowledge of DM within an ECC6.0 environment · Configuration experience and/or knowledge with Metered Devices and Connection Objects, Installation, Removal, and Replacement, Disconnections and Reconnections, Meter Reading, and Device Inspection required. · Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Customer Service, Billing, and CIC. · Experience with all SDLC phases of an implementation or upgrade including business process blueprint, design, configuration, testing, and support.
