This is my direct client opening for *System Analyst - Austin, Texas*. This
is a long term contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.
Requirements:
Skills/Experience
8 Years: Experience as a web (ASP / .Net / Java) developer, programmer, and
system analyst
5 Years: Experience working with SQL Server , .Net and C++ development
3 Years: Experience working with SQL Report Writer, Microsoft Access,
Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visio, Java Scripts/HTML, Crystal Reports
2 Years: Experience in system development project management
Strong: Ability to gather and interpret business requirements, organize,
plan, programming and develop conversion of existing system and new web
based applications
Strong: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing,
including ability to communicate effectively with individuals and project
team members.
Strong: Skills in negotiation and problem resolution.
Preferences:
Skills/Experience
1 Years: Experience with the development of an intranet web based
contract management or contract tracking systems or similar systems.
1 Years: Experience working as a programmer, developer and system
analyst at or for Texas State Government agencies.
