Experience defining and implementing schema versioning
techniques.

Experience defining and implementing schema governance methods.
7.
Ability to provide XML mentoring and education to staff.
8.
Knowledge of Webservices, SOAP, WSDL, XML and XSD.
9.
Experience with Altova XMLSpy.
10.
Familiarity with entity relationships modeling.
11.
Experience in the Insurance industry.
12.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13.
Well organized self-starter.
