Job Description:-
Manages all aspects of IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.
Incumbent is assigned the more complex projects with high business impact.
Works with project teams to plan, schedule, and test and implement hardware and software changes.
Acts as liaison with business partners for project status and updates.
Projects may involve multiple disciplines within the IT function.
Uses negotiation skills and influence to assure project is completed in a timely and cost effective manner.
Required Skills:-
- 6 years experience as IT Project Manager.
- Ability to lead major, complex projects with full competency.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency directing project team and assuring time line is met, effectively managing project cost.
- Experience working with Sr. Management to update on project time line and status. Ability to work independently to plan project, determine project resources and manage cost.
- May provide technical guidance to Business Analyst or less experienced Project Managers.
Other Skills: Project Management, Banking Experience
Additional Skills:-
Full Life-Cycle Project Management experience.
Managing IT projects with heavy System Integration, System Dependencies, Upstream/Downstream interface impacts and Project interdepencies.
Education:-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
