Oracle Functional Service Consultant
Duration: 7+ months
Location: Richardson - Custer and George Bush (190) -- basically North
Dallas in-between Plano / Richardson / Dallas. Very central easy location.
Lead their designated Oracle functional area.
Review functional and technical documentation as required.
Be responsible for approval and sign off of functional requirements
for RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components.
Participation in user testing and sign off of Oracle RICE
components.
Oracle knowledge transfer of functional expertise to Client project
team members.
Active participation in Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and User
Acceptance testing sessions.
Provide weekly status report related to the project activities to
the Client Project Manager.
Must have at least 2 implementations with Oracle Service in the following
modules:
Install Base
TeleService
Spare Mgmt
Contract & Billing
Field Service
Depot Repair
