Decisions primarily impact personal deliverables Aligns their work with the team's priorities and goals Troubleshoots their own work - duplicates and isolates to determine root causes for problems within their own space Proactively involves Management, senior developer, UI design, engineering, data center, or QA when solving problems outside their own space Consistently uses clear, succinct verbal and written communications Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made Plans individual assignments to meet production timelines Meets personal commitments in a timely manner with appropriate quality *Qualification: *Working knowledge of DHTML / XHTML / CSS code, including standards compliance and Browser specific incompatibilities Working knowledge of JavaScript JQuery experience a plus.
