Tibco Production Support Analyst:
As NGDP (Next Generationi Development Platform) goes into production a
team is needed to support a complex set of middleware that forms the base that
ServiceWorks is developed on. Will provide product support, product debugging,
product monitoring, product tuning and technical reporting.
Tech Musts: 5 years of Unix systems administration skills - strong
Solaris and Linux SA experience. 3-5 years of TIBCO Support(RV, Service Works,
iProcess, BusienssWorks, multimanager, business factor, business events)
Must be strong with supporting Tibco, knowing how it works inside and
out. Knowing what to look for when problems arise and the ability to fix it
quickly. The is 24x7 support. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
