Position Description:
This is an opportunity for a Systems Engineer to work in one of the most
technically innovative groups within ISG. Looking for someone detail oriented
and enjoys interacting with various individuals in support of online
technology. Local candidates with excellent communication skills needed!!
� Experience in disk management systems including design,
implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAN technologies for (SUN and
Hitachi)
� 5-7 years Unix experience (Solaris, HP-UX, Linux), including
Systems Administration.
� Previous experience in the Installation, configuration and
maintenance of operating systems (Solaris 9, 10, Solaris 10 Containers, and
Linux )
� Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated
ability to identify and resolve complex systems problems.
� Experience in clustering and high-availability infrastructures.
� Experience in Veritas Netbackup, Brocade fabric switch; F5
application switch and traffic manager.
� Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced ever changing
environment.
� Demonstrated ability to work closely with change control and
operations to coordinated seamless hardware changes.
� Ability to work with multiple vendors on multiple projects to meet
our deadlines.
