Anyone with CTMS or Clinical Trial Management Systems will get this job. A phone interview and face to face interview will be required. Experience: 5+ years of work experience. 4+ years of IT work experience, with progressively more responsibility. 2-4+ years experience as a business analyst, defining requirements and working with business units in defining capability needs. Proven track record of defining requirements and recommending IT solutions. Experience proje! ct planning from project inception through transition to operational support. Prior experience with Clinical and Regulatory systems and an awareness of the business processes in those areas is a must have. Knowledge of regulatory submissions process and electronic document management systems (EDMS) is a plus. Skills: Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Broad knowledge of IT development practices (SDLC). Good knowledge of established IT industry analysis tools, methods, and best practices. Proven ability to identify, manage and mitigate issues and risks. Working knowledge of computer validation requirements. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Experience presenting project information in a formal and informal setting. Demonstrated focus on meeting customer expectations and working with a customer service mindset. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with experience working on diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to conduct facilitated sessions with end users and business owners in order to define requirements and review project progress. Technical skills in the following areas would be an asset: Application Platform (Sharepoint); MS Office Suite of Products; Database and Business Intelligence (Data warehousing); Development Applications (Visual Studios Team Services, Development management tool such as Rational or visual studio, etc. Have a Great Day!!!
