Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Effectively apply methodology (CQ, Shared Drive, Sharepoint, etc) and enforce project standards. Prepare for plan reviews and quality assurance procedures. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Prepare minutes of meetings or other documentation that captures decisions made.* *Must Have Skills:* * X 3-5 years of project management experience managing multiple medium to large-scale projects in a customer service and/or technology/infrastructure environment X Excellent analytical, teaming, and interpersonal skills Expertise in reporting and metrics X Expertise in written, verbal communication, and presentation skills X Detail-oriented X Coordinating and/or leading meetings X Experience with MS Project and all MS Office tools X Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * *Nice to Have Skills: These Nice-to-Have Skills are skills you would prefer someone to have, but they dont have to have them to be selected.
