**We need a senior resource for the Portal and Single Sign On (SSO) portion of the project. The resource will need to lead the technical part of the team and provide expertise in this area. Specifically we are looking for WebSphere Portal experience and experience creating federated single sign on solutions. Strong portal experience in another tool could be accepted if needed. We have tentatively selected a product called Ping Federate from Ping Identity for the SSO solution but that is also not a hard requirement if other experience exists.
