Short Description:
Sr. Software Engineer for QuickBooks Online Support Web Offering
Depending on performance and fit there is the possibility of
going permanent after the new fiscal year. Though this position can be strictly
contract if the candidate prefers.
Complete Description:
Responsible for the analysis, technology design, programming,
debugging and modification of the web stack underlying the QuickBooks Online
Support Web Offering.
We are looking for the following a high powered individual,
capable of working in a high stress environment with aggressive deadlines. The
role requires a minimum of 6 years of software experience in application and
web development. Candidate must be a team player with experience in Agile
methodologies and practices. Working with Social and/or collaborative
technologies is a definite plus. Leadership skills are required. Work will
include technology design, coding, testing as well as guiding junior engineers
in those areas. Must be able to work independently as well as take direction.
Must be able to work well with extended teams and understand and
deliver to business requirements.
