Oracle Functional Analyst

We are currently working on an Oracle Functional Analyst .
They are looking for the following:
· Background in functional specification design (working with
development teams, translating business requirements into functional
requirements, write use cases, etc.)
· Oracle product expertise (Oracle 11.5.10)
· Solid background in Business Analysis, Technical Writing, and
Development
· Experience with Oracle Discrete Manufacturing and Oracle Purchasing
· Functional expertise in Oracle manufacturing
Candidates will be doing the following:
Build functional requirements.
Act as liaison between business analysts and developers.
Create data flow diagrams, work flow diagrams, business processes, etc.
Write use cases and test scripts for how the functions will be tested
