Rate: Open all inc US Citizen only Job Description: The individual acts as a flexible SAP configuration consultant providing guidance and support in tailoring/configuring SAP to meet Lockheed Martin's business needs and, concurrently, collaborates with IT project teams in a technical role, helping develop technical specifications to meet functional requirements, supporting solution construction, implementation, interface design, and system integration and maintenance of SAP FI/CO modules. Responsibilities include: Analyze and document business processes, configuration changes, test scenarios, test plan, test results, and end user training materials; Translate high–level business requirements into detailed functional specifications; Recommend how the SAP product can best support and enhance those processes; create technical documentation; conceptualize and present the business value of proposed technical solutions; and ensure functional business requests are consistent with the technological and strategic model and the SAP business support model; Ensure that tested and approved changes are transferred to the production environment following the defined "promote to production" process; Communicate significant changes to colleagues and the end user community in a timely manner; Provide post–implementation production support tasks, improvements and enhancements - data loads, data reconciliation, user support, performance monitoring and tuning, and design improvements or adaptations. Required Skills: = Minimum of 7 years SAP experience = Minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementations = Previous aerospace manufacturing experience or good experience in supply chain process and integration points to FI/CO = Strong interpersonal skills = Experience in the following SAP R/3 Modules version ECC 6.0: Financial - General Ledger, Special Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Report Writing; Controlling - Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Statistical Key Figures, Budgeting, Product Costing.
