Please Reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED] In-person interview required, after initial phone screen Position : IMS DBA Consultant Location : Scranton, PA Duration : 12 months IMS DBA Notes (3 spots): a.. 5-10 years IMS DBA experience - currently on version 9 (10 is the most recent) b.. Ideally experience with "Fast Path" and "HALDB" c.. Experience with BMC and IBM tools (any of the online IMS tools - specifically re-org tools) d.. Databases are broken up with an old Assembler tool "Randomizer" (experience would be ideal) e.. Mainly conducting Database re-orgs and re-sizing This is an IMS DBA position - not a business analyst As a Database Management Analyst, you will work in a team environment to deliver world-class, high performance IMS mainframe database solutions. You will provide technical leadership to senior management on strategic database initiatives. You will work as a member of a team in support of day-to-day production, conversions, application and corporate IT projects, disaster recovery, logical/physical database design and performance tuning. You will be responsible for meeting agreed upon milestone dates to support end-to-end solutions for internal and external initiatives.
