Job Description & Required skills:
Selected candidate will design and implement an Avaya implementation while
training the in-house person on the system.
They will be responsible for both the Voice Portal IVR and creating scripts
in the Dialogue Designer GUI environment.
The system is running on Apache / Tomcat and Linux.
Candidate must have experience with at least two implementations of the
Avaya Voice Portal including configuration, scripting, system security, user
management and vendor support.
