Here is an overview of what is required for the position:
Requisition Description:
Successful change requires the proactive engagement and participation of the
people involved combined with timely communication & support. The Organization
Adoption Manager will execute a comprehensive organization adoption plan and
lead successful adoption of the CA Foundation Initiative. Partnering with
business leaders and stakeholders, the successful candidate will identify and
manage the organization adoption strategy and activities leading to successful
adoption of new business models and processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
a.. The Organization Adoption - Change Management PM will be responsible for
creating strategic change plans that align with major transformational
initiatives. These plans need to be agreed upon by team, tracked and their
effectiveness to drive adoption measured. This will include, but not be limited
to:
b.. Gaining a deep understanding of all the projects by working with the
project owners and participating in the project by adding value through the
entire lifecycle of the project
c.. Leverage this deep knowledge to become an evangelist for the projects
d.. Assessing the significance of the change and formulate a change plan
adequate for the adoption of the change
e.. Documenting and managing the change plan including objectives, vision,
and strategy as well as measures of success
f.. Conducting stakeholder analysis and articulating a compelling value
proposition for all stakeholders
g.. Developing and executing on stakeholder plans
h.. Identifying sources of resistance, the root-cause issues, and designing
influence strategies
i.. Assessing the commitment level of stakeholders and sponsors, performing
the gap analysis, creating the desired commitment level, and monitoring the
commitment levels
j.. Creating and managing sponsor & stakeholder commitment plans
k.. Identifying synergist opportunities within competing priorities of
sponsors and stakeholders
l.. Ensuring the business is ready for the change (aligned roles/skills, work
process, metrics)
m.. Creating , managing and executing on a communication plan which includes
regular, timely, consistent, communications through multiple and redundant
channels
n.. Develop the expertise and credibility to create the material required for
communication
a.. Providing coaching to senior level managers within the context of change
leadership
Qualifications:
a.. 8-10 years change management (and communication experience preferred)
b.. Ability to see the big picture and understand cause & effect
c.. Ability and aptitude to drive into the projects and learn fast!
d.. Superior written, verbal, and listening skills
e.. Strong skills in "Positioning" and "Messaging"
f.. Strong understanding of transformational culture change
g.. A high level of emotional intelligence
h.. Must be able to reconstruct problems to provide clarity, accuracy and
relevance eventually leading to and proposed solutions
i.. Strategic viewpoint combined with tactical knowledge and strong work
ethic
j.. Flexible and resilient with ability to solve problems with little or no
supervision, but not afraid to ask for help or ask questions
k.. Ability to build trust and create cross-functional and cross-geographical
collaboration and synergistic opportunities
l.. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
multiple and competing responsibilities
m.. Ability to understand how various local efforts fit into the direction of
the team and corporate/group strategy
