Utilizes Professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Defines and develops the custom interfaces, extensions and reporting during an implementation from client applications to Client products. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: a.. Analyze customers' business/technical requirements and software/product objectives; develops an application design to meet customers' needs. b.. Codes and tests complex customer-specific solutions. c.. Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete activities; develops project plan incorporating all project variables. d.. Sees that appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan. e.. Helps in establishing criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs. f.. Provides supervision of 2 - 5 people. g.. Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan. Monitors and adjusts project variables as necessary throughout project. h.. Resolves issues timely and accurately and escalates as appropriate. i.. Assists with re-forecast j.. Suggests improvements in service delivery processes and techniques and prepares weekly status reports on all project activities. Education and Certifications Requires Bachelor's degree. Equivalent Work Experience Will Be Taken Into Consideration. Position Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3-5 yrs related work experience. Coding & Computer Skills: a.. Experience in Java/J2EE, Javascript, HTML, JSP, JSTL, XML, XSLT b.. Experience in an application server (Websphere, weblogic) c.. Experience in SQL/Databases - Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase d.. Experience in Webservices/SOAP e.. Experience in CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) f.. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word g.. Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint h.. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel i.. Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Other Abilities: a.. Advanced mathematics aptitude b.. Advanced communication capabilities c.. Advanced organizational abilities d..
